Support tickets are linked to your account so only you can see the replies.
Automatic payments activate within a few minutes of blockchain confirmation. Direct wallet payments are verified manually and usually approved within a few hours. If it's been longer, open a ticket with your transaction ID (TXID).
Open your dashboard and check the Telegram card — if it says "Not connected", tap Connect Telegram and press Start in the chat that opens. Also check your subscription hasn't expired.
Go to your dashboard → Extend now. Renewing adds 30 days to whatever time you have left — you never lose days by renewing early.
Crypto payments can't be reversed on the blockchain, so confirmed subscription payments are non-refundable — see our Terms. If something went wrong with a payment (wrong amount, double payment), open a ticket and we'll sort it out fairly.
